Beware of ticks!

Recently, a veterinarian who was treating a cat infected with SFTS (Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome) died.
It is shocking that even a doctor who is supposed to be very careful died from a secondary infection.
If a tick bites you and you develop SFTS, it can lead to death in the worst-case scenario.
In fact, ticks can be found on the bodies of the deer in Nara Park.
It is very dangerous to hug a deer or try to get on top of a sitting deer.
We recommend that you keep a reasonable distance from them.
