Nighttime Worship at the Great Buddha Hall

Nighttime worship will be held at the Great Buddha Hall of Todaiji Temple from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on August 13th and 14th.
While a normal admission fee of 800 yen per person is required, nighttime worship allows visitors to enter the Great Buddha Hall for free.
The viewing window, which is only open a few times a year, will also be open, allowing visitors to see the face of the Great Buddha from outside the hall.
