Amenokaku is the name of a god who is described in Japan's oldest book "Kojiki" and is said to be the god who could make the impossible possible.
We named it with the desire to make the impossible possible.
We carefully brew each cup of coffee by hand drip from the finest coffee beans we procure from around the world.
We are also proud of our original dishes, which are made with local ingredients from Nara and offer rich flavors and colors.
